Our circle includes everyone from young adults to seniors. We welcome friends who prefer a seat, those navigating mobility changes, and those in wheelchairs. Moving this way keeps our hearts happy, builds daily strength, and lifts our spirits so we can stay active and free. To stay safe, always use a sturdy chair, move at your own gentle pace, and listen to what your body needs in every moment. We are all here to grow and flourish together.
