DVD - Chair Exercise Low Impact 2
This low impact chair exercise workout is my first workout since my spinal cord injury. It was a challenge but I am pleased to see that I was able to complete and continue to inspire the world to fitness and health. The moves in this video are basic fitness moves some introduction to a basketball move. This work out can be use by all levels of fitness, from baby boomers, seniors, young people, people with limited mobility or recovering from a injury. Enjoy!
